I'm the leader and most powerful member of the Black Lantern Corps Genma316. I have lived for 9 years and was a world renowned champion wrestler, and brawl player, until I was run over by an ice cream truck driven by my psychopathic mortal enemy MetaKnight. That day I was left in cold blood laying on the street as my life flashed before my eyes all my mistakes, and regrets flashed before my in seconds, but to me it felt like I was reliving my whole life again. I knew I was going to die that day and I accepted it, but as I soon as I let death take me over, a black pool appeared beneath me and encased my entire body in darkness. I could feel the darkness trying to get in my body, but I was able to hold it off until a strange voice talked to me and said,
"Genma don't resist let the darkness in to your soul."
"Who are you? What is going on?" I yelled
"Genma are really ready to accept death like this? Was this the death you really envisioned for yourself?"
"No" I cried "But God has his reasons for me dieing like this and I shall accept it with honor."
" So do you Really believe that God wanted you dead? Are you really going to accept that? Join me I can give you back your life and all I ask is you devote yourself to the Black Lantern Corps."
Now I thought about what the voice said and he was right I didn't want to die, I couldn't help, but think that God had really thought I was unnecessary and decided to get rid of me like an old toy.
"What do I have to do?" I asked the voice
"Just recite the Black Lantern oath and you will be reborn."
"The Blackest Night falls from the skies, The darkness grows as all light dies. We crave your hearts and your demise, By my black hand, the dead shall rise!" I began to recite the oath as instructed

By my black hand, the dead shall rise!" And when I recited the last word all the darkness that surrounded me quickly made its way into my body, I could feel the darkness inside me, inside my soul it felt kind of good.
"Now you're one of us" the voice said. I awoke on the street where I died and rose to my feet.
"Was it a dream?" I asked myself this, but I knew it was very real I could feel the darkness giving me life inside me, but I knew that I had to learn to control this darkness or I might lose myself to it. So I trained for 8 years to control my darkness and I can say without a doubt that I am in control. Now that I'm alive again what do I do? My story has yet to be written as it is just getting started.
